Responsibilities:

Design and update job descriptions
Strong direct sourcing expertise (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Monster, employee referrals, social media.)
Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, )
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Interview candidates (via phone & face to face )
Coordinate and schedule interviews including prep and debrief.
Advertise job openings on social media, job boards and internally
implement policy as per requirement
event management
Maintain time and attendance records
Enter new hires into the payroll system
Process advance, termination and other out-of-cycle payments
Reconcile earnings and deduction totals
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
Well verse with phone, email, social, and text tools to engage and recruit candidates from social media sites, job boards, and other industry tools.
